A spirit drink made from eau-de-vie, through the maceration and distillation of alcohol together with its characteristic herbs.
The use of any herbaceous species suitable for food use is permitted; the most common are: mint, camomile, lemongrass, rosemary, oregano, coriander, orange blossom, fennel, liquorice, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Production may be by macerating the herbs, by distillation in the presence of the herbs or a combination of both methods.
It is still used today for its comforting properties and supposed medicinal attributes.

Our herb liqueur is bright yellow with greenish notes. It reminds us of the herbaceous species used in its composition.
It has an intense and aromatic aroma, reminiscent of its herbs.

Thanks to its mixture of aromatic herbs and its taste, it achieves an ample finish in the mouth.
