The second edition of the Experimental Series is a tribute to the three generations of banana farmers in the family who navigated the whims of nature to bring to life the most substantial of tropical fruits. This was, of course, before they ventured into the quixotic adventure of producing rum in the Colombian Caribbean.
In search of a perfect balance of aromas and flavors, they infuse dehydrated organic banana into extra-aged LA HECHICERA rum, preserving the intensity of the fruit and enhancing the excellence of the liquid.
