Hibiki 30 is the master blend created by Suntory.
Hibiki 30 years is crafted from malt carefully cultivated and selected in the warm lands surrounding its Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries.
Created in 1970 to celebrate the construction of the brand's second distillery: Hakushu.
In the ageing of Hibiki 30 years, used umeshu barrels (used in the long ageing of the traditional Japanese plum liqueur) are utilized, which impart a special bouquet of fruity aromas and a silky texture.
The art of blending is combined with bamboo charcoal filtering. A unique process that gives Hibiki its unmistakable personality.
Awarded as the best whisky in the world for five consecutive years: from 2004 to 2008.
A masterpiece.
