Gin Ever presents a different rum, balanced between the freshness of Mediterranean citrus and the herbal aromas of Sierra de Mariola.
Gin Ever is an artisanally produced gin made with grain alcohol, three distillations and 10 botanical elements from which are highlighted: Juniper, Angelica Root, Cardamom, Cilantro, and the Spanish touch of Valencia orange peel and thyme.
Gin Ever is distilled in traditional copper stills. The process includes a first distillation with 7 of the botanical elements following a second distillation to obtain the desired smoothness and to add the 3 remaining botanicals. After a third distillation brings together the flavours of the gin.

Tasting Notes
Gin Ever is shiny and luminous. Juniper and citrus aromas are noted when smelled. When tasted it is clean and smooth, harmonious and tremendously intense, displaying the juniper and a smooth note of citrus accompanied with aromatics of rosemary.
