Reference to the spirit of Ribera del Duero
The Moro family has been making wine for more than 120 years in Ribera del Duero. Bodegas Emilio Moro is a family-owned estate which encompasses 70 hectares of vineyards in several parcels within Pesquera de Duero, located on the banks of the Duero River.
The Emilio Moro vineyards have the advantage of including the indigenous Tinta del Pais, a local Tempranillo cultivar. Another advantage is the location and variety of soil types. Pesquera is well known for its wine growing tradition. The diversity of soils, together with the varying exposure of the vines to sunshine, gives each estate's wine its individual character.

Tasting Notes
Elegant and subtle, a low production volume which has brought out the best essences of the grape. It’s a powerful, balanced wine with exceptional elegance. The aromas of Tempranillo have been refined through the ageing process and it has notes of wood in the background and the personality of the variety. In the palate, it is a reflection of the nose: strong and powerful with mellow and refined tannins.
