Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet nose, becoming powerful with aeration, with a dominant of cooked fruits, blond tobacco and honey, remarkably melted.
Palate: Initially mellow, even syrupy, it takes on an undeniable aromatic vigour as it develops in the mouth. The aromatic palette, of great intensity, is particularly diversified: dried fruits and compotes, butterscotch, acacia honey, Havana, tanned leather, sandalwood... while being very melted and well balanced.
Finish: A syrupy finish, but well enhanced by a hint of spice (black pepper, ginger) which prolongs its persistence. To be savoured at length.
