Legend has it that the Venezuelan tribes of the Amazon celebrated their most important events by making a cane drink from a small fruit: ponsigué.

Inspired by this legendary ancestral recipe, the smooth taste of Cacique Origen Extra Añejo was born.

Its rounded notes give it smoothness and warmth. Its flavour is nuanced, with a touch of sweetness and a finish reminiscent of vanilla. The colour is bright golden, with hints of honey, the result of the intense ageing of up to 6 years in American oak barrels.
