Performed in a micro-distillery, the bain-marie distillation process of the botanicals gives the final blend an exceptional smoothness.

Sweet distinct cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg aromas with a wisp of juniper and citrus marmalade follow through on a soft entry to a glycerous medium body with delicate sweet cream, anise, and dried herb notes. Finishes with a gentle powdered sugar and coriander accented fade. Delicious layers of fresh spices mesh well in this smooth, graceful gin; an excellent choice for martinis and retro cocktails.
