Pisco Bauzá is a pure distillation obtained from the best aromatic and good quality vinestock, Pink Moscatel, Moscatel of Austria and Alejandría, which comes from its own vineyards located in a zone with exceptional climatic and luminous characteristics.
Pretty pale golden color with a silvery cast. Very floral and fruity aromas of honeyed apricots, peach blossom, and golden plums with a hint of butterscotch follow through on a smooth, supple entry to a deep, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with a touch of date bread, plum jelly, nuts, and suede. Finishes with a long, elegant and balanced fade with waves of dried fruits and lilac. A delight on its own and will make for sensational cocktails.
