This sparkling wine made from alcohol-free wine is launched as a commercial product after two years of research, marketing research and technical development.
By a vacuum distillation at a low temperature, the wine –that has been fermented beforehand in tanks made of stainless steel, in strictly controlled conditions- is treated without any temperature nor pressure aggressions.
Due to this “deconstruction”, the risk of losing aromatic components is lower.
