The valley of the river Xaló, in the cape of the Nao, constitutes an ideal enclave for the culture of the grape Muscatel of Alexandria, by its small elevation on the level of the Sea and its particular Microclimate, with smooth temperatures and moderate rains.

Under the action of the marine breezes, their muscatels acquire a matchless freshness accompanied by the excellent fruit and citrus romas.

Montcabrer Reserve

Special monovarietal wine, made from selected grapes from Cabernet-Sauvignon vineyards of more than 20 years old and cultivated on the rocky and limestone slopes, with a south-west orientation.

Its careful elaboration includes an exhaustive control of the load per vine (approximately one kilogram), manual harvesting, selection in the field, selection table in the winery and fermentation in new oak barrels.
