It is almost 30 years since vineyards in Rueda first planted the Sauvignon Blanc, giving us today a clean, cool and distinguished wine with an exceptional gamut of vegetal, tropical fruit and mineral notes.
* Ideal with shellfish — mussels, cockles, clams, oysters… — and cooked seafood: langoustines, prawns, shrimps, crabs and so on. It also goes well with all kinds of fish, fresh cheeses and serrano ham.
