The gin has a barley base which passes through a delicate soaking and distilling process with each one of its botanicals separately until the final phase in which all botanicals are added together so that each flavour is reflected in the final blend.
The word, “Mare”, or "mar" in Spanish, is a concept of great significance within the Mediterranean culture which means the sea.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Transparent and bright to the eye.
Nose: Mediterranean aromas, which can be surprising in a gin: notes of rosemary and thyme, basil and juniper aromas.
Mouth: thyme, rosemary and arbequina olive. We also find cardamom and citrus.
