Gin Geranium

Geranium was produced after years of studying the gin market. The geranium has characteristics very similar to the juniper and its history of use is also similar; therefore, the idea was born to create a gin based on the geranium instead of the juniper.

The first challenge was that the oil of the geranium is distracted through distillation in place of evaporation and with maturation it was needed to obtain the geranium oil for the production of the gin.

Produced with 10 fresh and dry botanical ingredients: sabina, geranium, lemon, cilantro, cassia, orris, angelica, licorice and 2 secret ingredients.
