Elit Vodka commemorates the 500th anniversary of vodka production in Russia, using a modern freezing method during the distillation process that achieves exceptionally high levels of purity. Elit is produced from winter wheat and distilled three times.

The freezing method used to purify the vodka involves a cold chamber; impurities come into contact with the walls of the container and freeze there. The pure vodka remains in liquid form. This is an ancient method traditionally used in Russia when vodka was made at home and stored in frozen warehouses.
