DYC Double Roble is a limited edition that contributes to the care of the environment

DYC Doble Roble is a limited edition that contributes to the care of our closest environment with the reforestation of 1,000 oak trees throughout Spain, purifying the air with the emission of more than 100 million liters of oxygen. It is a double-aged single malt in oak barrels, collected in a limited and numbered edition of some 12,000 bottles made with reused materials, such as its wooden stopper recycled from barrels that have contained DYC, thus maintaining our commitment to a sustainable production method.

DYC Duble Roble responds to our firm commitment to take care of our natural treasures. Spain is the country with more biosphere reserves in the world* and with this limited edition we want to do everything possible to preserve our precious environment.

An exceptional Liquid

The way in which DYC Doble Roble is made, its 'single malt' nature (made in the same distillery), the use of local raw materials and its double ageing in oak barrels make it an extraordinary liquid. The second ageing allows the liquid to develop an even deeper level of caramel and intense, spicy oak, thus creating a truly exclusive single malt. 

Master Distillers Edition

DYC Doble Roble belongs to the exclusive Master Distillers Collection: special and handmade whiskies created by the DYC master distillers. Knowing the Spanish palate, we have impregnated this collection with the creative and non-conformist character of the Segovian land and Nicomedes García, founder of DYC. This limited collection consists of DYC 12, DYC 15  and DYC Doble Roble

DYC Double Oak is elaborated to be tasted with tranquility and dedication. We recommend drinking it alone, in a low glass and slowly, recreating the time that is necessary to be able to savour all its shades and aromas. For a more refreshing experience, it can be drunk on the rocks.
