Bombay Sapphire Sunset takes inspiration from the sunset
When a gin brand like Bombay Sapphire takes inspiration from "the warmth and orange glow of the setting sun" to create a Special Edition, you can expect exciting aromatic adventures. Bombay's master botanist (the best job title ever) has worked closely with master distiller Dr Anne Brock to develop a gin that captures the warmth of a summer's evening while remaining refreshing. For the base, the two take the classic Bombay Sapphire and transform it with golden turmeric, white cardamom and Spanish mandarins into Bombay Sapphire Sunset using a particularly gentle steam distillation.
A special edition that has truly earned its name and can make more than "just" gin and tonics. London Dry Gin is meant to trigger the "cocktail creativity" of all professional bartenders and home bartenders and inspire great sunset drinks and apéritif cocktails.
