The Aviva Sparkling range consists of Gold, Pink Gold, Platinum and Rose labels. All have fascinating visual effects when shaken or twirled, but each is distinctly a different colour. Once you land your hands on some Aviva, you will see how disturbing the sediment at the base of the bottle creates a sensation similar to that of a living flame, which grows and moves inside. Tasting Notes
Straw yellow colour with amber iridescence accompanied by an attractive golden metallic effect in conjunction with a slow and uniform release of small bubbles.
Aromas reminiscent of white flowers, citrus fruits, especially grapefruit and orange peel.
In the mouth it is sweet, pleasant and slightly persistent, with balanced and integrated acidity.
