Olfactory Phase: Aromatically, it enjoys harmony, a perfect fusion between the botanicals (cassia, caraway, calamus) highlighting, subtly, its more floral and citric side due to the coriander seeds and the eccentricity of the calamus. Juniper simply accompanies you from shyness. A few seconds of rest in the glass, magnify the gin, creating a whole gibberish of complexity and excellent botanical base.
Taste phase: On the palate, it enjoys a silky touch, supported subtly by its well-distributed sweet tooth. The aromatic farewell, its persistence, are the second value of this gin that reveals a long and quiet maceration of the botanists.
