Palomo Cojo is 100% made from the Verdejo variety. The grapes come from vineyards planted on stony and gravelly soils.

Pedro Ximenez Romate is a creamy and velvety wine. It is a noble wine with a mahogany colour, very dense and dark. Its soft aromatic delicacy is reminiscent of sultanas and its flavour is notable for its sweet persistence.

The Appellation d'Origine Grave Friuli is the largest in Northwest Italy, in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. It produces 40% of the wines of this DOC. The word Grave refers to the gravelly soils in the area. The DOC includes 14 grape varieties and one rosé.
