Finca Collado Chardonnay+Moscatel is a white wine made with Moscatel fermented at low temperatures and with Chardonnay fermented in barrels and aged for 3 months in contact with its own lees. This exceptional combination of varieties and winemaking techniques results in a wine which is fresh, pleasant, complex on the nose and well structured in the mouth.
Biological aging under yeast layer (Flor) by Solera and Criadera system. Aged during 5 years in American oak barrels in our subterranean centenary cellar.
