More information St. Petroni Red Vermouth 1 Liter Vermouth
Vermouth St. Petroni Rojo is made with Albariño on lees.
The big difference of St. Petroni vermouth is the use of Albariño. It is aged on its own grape vines to perfect the wine base. This achieves an Albariño of greater volume, unctuousness and personality, with the intention of maintaining the Atlantic freshness, mineral balance and saline elegance of the grape.
With an exclusive maceration process of the botanicals, they improve and intensify the essence of each herb, each botanical, each root.
Made with botanicals native to Galicia that are not normally found in vermouths, 29 botanicals meticulously selected and sourced from local producers, which helps the sustainability of the area.
Another key to these botanicals is the water that irrigates them, from the Monte de Meda, natural mineral water that guarantees the organoleptic base and a lot of personality.
They select herbs and botanicals deeply rooted in their culture, especially wormwood (magic plant), laurel leaves, lemon verbena, mint, rosemary, thyme, sage, lemon balm, camomile, hibiscus flowers, lemon pulp, sweet and bitter orange peel, ...
