Velvet de Vendôme is the freshest, most daring and modern version of our "Marqués de Alcántara" blue wine range.
The winery Marqués de Alcantara is located in Almería, 40 km from the capital and 550 m above sea level, in the Tabernas Desert, considered the only desert itself in Europe, which has an area of 250 km2. the winery has 30 hectares of vineyards cultivated conducted in espalier in double cord with a load of 2.5 kg strain. the low rainfall necessitates the use of drip irrigation, properly programmed to avoid excess water and promote correct fruit ripening.
