Toasted Yolk Nougat (Turrón Yema Tostada)
Delicious marzipan bar with egg yolk. Once the bars are cut, we bathe them in sugar and toast them one by one on a hot red plate. Perhaps the most beloved of our workshop nougat and one of our specialties. It consists of Mollar Almond, egg yolk, sugar and condensed milk.
Ingredients: Mollar almond (37%), sugar, egg yolk (22%), condensed milk (sugar, milk and lactose), cinnamon and preservative (E-200).
