Turrón to the Stone (Nougat to the Stone)
The most traditional and loved turrón by people of Jijona. Soft and creamy texture made with whole Marcona almonds, sugar, lemon zest and a touch of cinnamon. Made in the refiner and in the stone mill (maybe that's where the name comes from), this nougat is not made on fire and is packed in wood. A delight unknown to many people, a traditional and unique turrón. Essential in our homes.
Ingredients: Marcona whole almond (67%), sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon.
