The Botanical's Premium London Dry Gin is soft and elegant.
Never before in the history of Geneva had the merger of 14 botanicals (one secret) been considered, essential in the making of London Dry Gin. The fusion of these botanicals together with an alcohol (five times distilled) from the highest quality wheat, create a unique, limited edition gin, distilled in the traditional way in small John Dore copper stills (estimated as the Rolls Royce of stills). The botanists used come from various corners of the world. All of them have been selected applying a strict quality control and then hand-picked. No essential oils or any other substance that cannot be found in nature as used in the original formula are used.
The Botanical's Premium London Dry Gin is distilled at Langley Distillery, using two small stills, both distilled and operated independently, the fusion of the two distillations results in a unique gin, rich in nuances and of exceptional quality. Only a small part of the distillation is selected (Small Batch), the one with the highest purity, discarding the rest. After the fourth distillation, Spirit is infused with the 14 botanicals (each individually) and then distilled one last time. The time that each botanist is in contact with the spirit is a secret jealously guarded by the master distiller which makes the process of making The Botanical's very laborious. Several weeks may pass from the beginning of the maceration to the final distillation. The water used in the elaboration comes from a millenary aquifer located in the outskirts of London. This spring differs from the rest in that most of its water comes from rain, this is filtered through a basaltic rock so the purity is optimal for both consumption and for the elaboration of The Botanical's.
