Tarsus is committed to obtaining the maximum benefits of its vineyard, placed in the Bank of the Duero´s heart. The processes of vintage and vinification are carried out by plots, under the directives of the enologist.
Production and Aging
Tarsus Reserve has a production of 25 to 30 days at a temperature of 28-30º and ages in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, with the majority being new (85%) and the rest 1 to 2 years. The aging process is completed with a year and a half of resting in bottles.
