More information Specht Pampelmuse Rosé (Germany) Vodka
The fruit distillery was founded in 1910 in Leutenbach (Baden-Wuerttemberg) by Friedrich Specht. The cooperation between August Ernst and fruit distillery Specht started in 1976. In 1980 August Ernst took over the share of the business of the distillery Specht.
It is only allowed to use fresh fleshy fruit or the fresh must with or without stone from the particular fruit. The addition of sugar is prohibited as all the alcohol must come from the fermentation of the fruit.
The distillation needs to be carried out in a process so that the distillate keeps the aroma and taste of the fruit.
Delicious German Vodka flavoured with fresh pink grapefruit. Excellent as a digestive after food.
