More information Sir John Moore Malta 10 years Whisky
Sir John Moore Malta 10 Years galician gentle breeze witha a Scottish soul.
"... and on January 16, 1809, in the middle of the battle of Elviña in La Coruña, Sir John Moore, who commanded the British troops in the War of Spanish Independence, was hit by a cannonball! Since then he rests in the garden of San Carlos de la Coruña. That is why this whisky takes the name of the Scottish general as a tribute to prevent its history from being forgotten. Thus, as long as there is someone willing to raise a glass of whisky toast, his legend will remain present. Our Blended John Moore whisky, like the Scottish general, travels to Bergondo (La Coruña) where it matures and ages in Galician oak casks, envinaded with sherry scent. We finished the elaboration with crystalline water of the rivers Coruñeses Barcés and Mero.
