As its name indicates, the value added to this product stems from its aging process.
The 10 Years rum rests in Pedro Ximenez barrels, proceeding subsequently to the facilities of Williams & Humbert, where it passes the last phase of the aging process resting 3 years in barrels that previously held the internationally awarded and accredited 20 year old Jerez wine "Don Guindo".
This two phase process converts "Dos Maderas" into a unique aged rum with an incomparable bouquet, flavour, and aroma. Dos Maderas is best enjoyed solo or with ice.
