Alicante Bouschet by Tarima is born from our oldest vineyards of the Monastrell variety and from the selection of the best plots of land in Alicante Bouschet chosen for their orientation, type of soil and years of planting.
Altos del Tamarón Roble is made from Tempranillo (Tinta del País) that are carefully selected from vines grown on the clay and loam soils at Olmedillo de Roa surrounding lands and villages in Burgos.
This wine is the fruit of all the loving care and respect we lavish on our land. The Earth gives us back what we put in. This is a wine from organic farming, respectful of the environment and also deserving of respect. It is a wine to be enjoyed by all, specially those that love all things simple and natural.

This wine has been made with 90% Tinto Fino grapes and 10% Merlot grapes. It is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels until it is bottled.
