Purefruit de Maracuyá Sanz, is crushed passion fruit (95%) to which we add a liite bit of sugar (5%) so that it is not too inspid and also does not have dyes.
It does not need to be in a cold place, but you will understand that fresh fruit will last in time the better it is conserved.
Another peculiarity that you will see is related to the packaging. At first glance it may seem shocking, but I can guarantee you that for a bar use is very practical for its anti-drip system, that once you stop pressing the bottle, the liquid is cut from the root and that allows you to measure mmuch better the amount you want to pour. Its size is 670ml, which is ideal for three reasons: it is more manageable, takes up less of a bar and allows for faster rotation, which is essential in a product with a short sehlf life.
