Alicante Crianza Red Wine
The selection of the best Monastrell grapes grown on dry land, on low production vines, together with a careful elaboration, an ageing in new American and French Allier oak barrels, together with a later period in the bottle to harmonize its original and acquired components, give as a result this unique wine, elegant and full of expression.
In 1780, the Quiles family began a relationship with the world of wine that has lasted until today.
Generation after generation have maintained their reason for being and their personality closely linked to the creation of high quality wines, linked to their land and highlighting the excellence of their main grape variety, MONASTRELL.
Coming from a rigorous selection of the best grapes of the Monastrell variety, harvested at their optimum point of ripeness, grown on dry land, low stock and low production, it has been aged in 80% American oak barrels and 20% French Allier oak, and then rested in the bottle to harmonise its original and acquired components.
It has an intense ruby red colour with an ochre edge, rich in aromas with a predominance of red fruits and smoky and spicy nuances. In the mouth it is ample, dense and tasty, reminiscent of ripe grapes.
