History
This dream began 20 years ago, a dream that was born in the garage of our Master Brewer and that has evolved to give name and flavor to Postiguet beer.
We were born with a new concept, a taste and aroma from Alicante that gives off joy, good humour and, above all, quality.
With this local touch our project started in the city of Alicante, among its people and its culture, we were born and grew up. And what better name for our beer than that of the beach which, at the foot of the Santa Barbara Castle, makes the city a special tourist enclave.
Our objectives
To continue producing a 100% natural beer with an Alicante aroma, with a craftsman and family spirit; and to do this we use the best products and quality raw materials.
Elaboration
Postiguet beers, brewed by Alicante residents, in a traditional and innovative way with a complete creation process, from the selection of malts and hops to give that unique flavour to our beers, to their maturation that ranges from 4 to 12 weeks, without added sugars in their fermentation, without filtering or pasteurising, thus achieving the maximum flavour and balance in our recipes, which makes it a healthier and more nutritious beer.
We are affiliated to the Spanish Association of Independent Artisan Brewers (AECAI) and to the Artisan Brewers Association of the Valencian Community.
