In the remote valleys of Ocumare of Tuy, in Venezuela, there exists a unique tradition. A tradition jealously guarded by the Master Agers of Pampeo, it is elevated to an art.
It ages for 2 years which gives it the fresh white colour and complex flavour. Triple distillation helps produce a shiny, rich golden colour, evoking the complexity of the Caribbean coastline, its dramatic mountains, forests and valleys.
