Tasting Notes | Appearance: Elegant pale yellow colour with golden edges, fine and homogeneous bubbles that form a very fine and persistent crown.
Nose: Clean, young, and refreshing nose. Citrus aromas and green fruits: green apple and pear, with a slight hint of green tea leaves and fresh hay.
Palate: Fresh and clean entry, with a fantastic balance between acidity and ripeness. Delicate and smooth bubbles create a very pleasant, round, and foamy sensation on the palate. Subtle aftertaste of butter and fresh bread yeast. |
