Olmeca is the tequila of Pernod Richard, which is produced 2014m over the surface in the heart of Los Altos in the city Jalisco, Mexico.
During the production process 7-8 year old blue agaves are selected, which are transported to the distillery and then cutted in small pieces.
The pieces are cooked in the oven for 24 hours the traditional way. This method is used since more 500 years. After the cooking process the agaves will be crushed and so they receive the marrow with which Olmeca is produced.
Olmeca was found in 1967 and they are ditributing in 80 countries all over the world
Olmeca is the tequila which is elaborated in the same mexican city with the same name of the province of Jalisco.
The product is made by thge extraction of fermented and distilled mark of the blue agave, as well as sugar is added.
Olmeca Dark Chocolate is a delicious combination of cocoa beans and tequila, from the heights of Jalisco.
