Tridistilled in France, it comes from a recipe recovered from 1705 using cinchona bark.
Gin Nº0 comes from a long tradition of making the best gins and from the respect of its original ingredients.
Maceration of a manual selection of botanicals among which we can highlight: Coriander, Lavender, Iris and Angelica. Later we round off with an exclusive Peruvian Quinine Infusion.
We tri-distil the maceration and lower the alcoholic strength with reverse osmosis demineralised water, filtering it to round off an Original London Dry Gin.
The manually selected botanists macerate in neutral grain for 15 hours and the maceration is introduced by hand into the copper vapour still.

Totally herbaceous. Highly marked by lavender, a touch of red grapefruit, camomile. Green tea, kaffir lime, violets and jasmin.
