Maceration of our secret botanical recipe, among which are highlighted Coriander, Lavender, Iris and Angelica, with an infusion of Quinine.
We then distil this maceration, leading to a third distillation.
Reduction of the alcohol content by dilution with water, which has been demineralized by inverse osmosis, to achieve a suitable alcohol content for consumption, before later filtration to reach perfection.

Totally herbaceous. Highly marked by lavender, a touch of red grapefruit, camomile. Green tea, kaffir lime, violets and jasmine.
Pleasant on the palate, initial sweet touch due to the filtrates. Marked alcohol, very subtle, agreeable, with bitter overtones of the infused quinine. Regulated acidity. |
