The production of Mumm Millésimé 2015 follows a rigorous and meticulous approach, starting with the selection of the finest grapes from Grand Cru vineyards, considered the most prestigious in the Champagne region. This champagne is crafted from two essential grape varieties:
One of the distinguishing features of Mumm Millésimé 2015 is its lengthy maturation process in the cellar. After the second fermentation in the bottle, this champagne rests for years on its lees, allowing for the development of a unique aromatic complexity and a creamy texture that is felt on the palate.
