Belgian chocolate, fresh cream and aromatic notes of vanilla and cocoa – this fine blend, together with the special manufacturing process, makes Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur a unique Austrian speciality.
Mozart White contains fresh cream, precious cocoa butter, real Bourbon vanilla from Madagaskar, crystal sugar and pure distillate from sugar cane.Fresh cream is skimmed and infused with cocoa butter. A lower fett content with longer shelf life is achieved. Real Bourbon vanilla is macerated in fine distillate from cane sugar. This macerate is then melted together with crystal sugar, caramel, cream and cane sugar distillate.
The cocoa used for Mozart Dark Chocolate is a mixture of forastero and trinitario beans from West Africa, to which genuine Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar is added. The chocolate liqueur contains cocoa macerate, vanilla macerate, caramel and sugar beet distillate
