More information Lascala Verdil Sauvignon 2019 Wine
Uses Verdil, an autochthonous grape. Verdil its very similar to Verdejo grape
The true history of Vivanza wines, lies within the lands where vineyards are located.
The grape varieties are processed independently, each one at its optimum moment of ripeness. They undergo pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C to obtain greater aromatic complexity, and then the free-run must is obtained without pressure and immediately begins fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15º C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with inhibition of malolactic fermentation. The blending of the two wines takes place before bottling, providing and maintaining the characteristics of this wine.
A good accompaniment to seafood, fish, vegetables, rice, pastas and tapas.
