More information Lascala Crianza Wine
Vivanza harvest the essence of nature and transform it into a pleasure to all senses...
The true history of Vivanza wines, lies within the lands where vineyards are located.
The grape varieties are processed independently, each one at its optimum moment of ripeness. They undergo pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C to obtain greater aromatic complexity. The duration of the fermentation and maceration is between 10 and 12 days at a temperature no higher than 25º C, to enhance the varietal characteristics of each wine. After the malolactic fermentation, the wines remain in casks of French oak and American oak for 6 months for their aging and rounding in a temperature-controlled cellar. The two wines are blended before bottling, providing and maintaining the characteristics of this wine.
Ideal for accompanying rice, pastas and all kinds of dishes cooked with vegetables, fish and meat. Recommended as an accompaniment to tapas, since it is a young and fruity wine, easy to drink
