The true history of Vivanza wines, lies within the lands where vineyards are located.
The grape varieties are processed independently, each one at its optimum moment of ripeness. They undergo pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C to obtain greater aromatic complexity. The duration of the fermentation and maceration is between 10 and 12 days at a temperature no higher than 25º C, to enhance the varietal characteristics of each wine. The two wines are blended before bottling, providing and maintaining the characteristics of this wine.
