Braufässchen craft wheat beer brewing kit includes a 5-litre empty keg and all the ingredients in the correct quantities to brew your own beer. This comprises malt extract, yeast and hops.
The sweet yet mild taste of the wheat beer harmonises perfectly with the naturally fruity and spicy nuances contributed by the yeast.
Alongside the IPA, the traditional German-style wheat beer is the other top-fermented brew available in our range.
It is brewed with wheat malt and is noted for its gentle aroma and fruity yet malty character.
The top-fermenting yeast used in this wheat beer offers a richly diverse spectrum of notes, ranging from apple and banana through to the delicate flavour of cloves.
