"Time and Patience" is the motto that Gota a Gota follows. It distils its orujos from a bagasse of grapes called "Godello" and "Mencía", following the traditional Gallego tradition of "drip to drip" and obtaining 1 litre every hour. Gota a Gota uses this mixture to produce natural herbal and coffee liqueurs.

For 2 to 3 months 18 types of aromatic herbs are soaked (cilantro, luisa, mint, rosemary, oregano, cinnamon, orange blossom...)
To enjoy this Orujo to its fullest it is best enjoyed at 10/12º.
