Falernum is a complex syrup, composed of cloves, cinnamon, ginger, almonds and citrus fruits, invented in the 19th century in Barbados.
Originally prepared with a rum base, but presented by Sanz in its non-alcoholic version, it is ideal for adding a dimension to tropical or tiki cocktails such as the Rum Swizzie or to give a personalized touch to classics such as the Mai tai, even in vodka, gin or bourbon-based cocktails.
