El Zarzal is Emilio Moro's adventure in the Bierzo DO.
El Zarzal is a Godello white wine that from the first moment catches the most select consumer due to the balance of the varietal's own acidity and its freshness, vivacity, and full of nuances.
The new image of the Godello has had the privilege of having the art and talent of the famous artist Domingo Zapata, who has been inspired by El Bierzo to paint the labels that dress our white wines of Bodegas Emilio Moro.
The label of El Zarzal reflects a more temperate art, with green colours as a background, which speak of a wine with great freshness and aromatic personality.
El Zarzal is made with temperature-controlled fermentation and subsequent ageing on the less in 2,500-litre French oak vats for approximately 8 months.

Tasting Notes | Zarzal is a Godello white wine with a very faint straw yellow colour, fresh and fragrant on the nose with notes of ripe white fruit, stone fruits and dried flowers without leaving aside the typical minerality of the Godello variety. In the mouth it maintains a freshness that is very pleasant to drink, thanks to a balanced acidity and volume. |
