More information El Ilusionista Crianza 2018 Wine
El Ilusionista Roble is made with grapes from one of our youngest and freshest vineyards, with vines between 6 and 10 years old. These conditions make El Ilusionista a fresh wine with rich fruity nuances.
The vineyards extend along the 110 km of the river and penetrate eastwards into the province of Burgos.
At the foot of the valley, the soils are alluvial with sand and clay. The soil consists of limestone and chalk in the upper part of the valley sides, where the "páramo" is located.
Rainfall is moderate, with additional moisture provided by the mists of the Douro. Summers are hot and dry.
