In 1959, Nicomedes García had a dream: to create a Spanish whisky using the finest local ingredients. He found the perfect location in Segovia, where the altitude, pure Eresma River water, and exceptional grains provided the ideal conditions to craft a whisky with a unique identity.
Now, more than 60 years later, that vision lives on with DYC 15, a remarkable expression from the Maestros Destiladores Collection, created to honour the pioneering spirit of its founder.
This single malt, aged for 15 years in a single distillery, stands out for its complexity and balance, embodying the exceptional character of its origins.
